Gram’s Place Rules

· Check in time is Saturday 1:00pm; Check out time is Saturday 11:00am

· Deposits to hold your week(s) is ½ down. We would like to have the deposit within 2 weeks of committal to renting the camp. We will not hold your week more than 2 weeks without a deposit.

· Please make deposit checks payable to :

· 8 people Maximum with a limit of 3 vehicles

· Limit of daytime guest(s) due to parking and utilities, etc…Please note that you are responsible for other people in your party as well as daytime guests.

· You need to supply Linens, Towels, Blankets and Firewood.

· NOTICE OF CANCELLATION MUST BE GIVEN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO RENTING: YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE NON REFUNDABLE AFTER THAT POINT.

· New Renters are required to give Gram’s place a damage deposit in the amount of $100.00. This can be in the form of a check when you arrive and will be returned when you check out after we have walked through the camp.

· Gram’s Place takes great pride and care in seeing that the camp is neat and tidy. We expect you to leave the camp in the condition that you found it.

· Please give Gram’s Place prior notice if you are docking any watercraft. Please supply your own buoy if doing so. We ask that you follow a no wake policy in the cove (out of respect for you neighbors).
